Stand up! Sit down!   Do you have days where there is so much on your plate?  Responsible for too many people, places or things?   I had one of those days the other day, and I could not seem to decide where to start.  I had the list going, you know the one, on paper & getting longer.

Or there was the one in my head that said, You need to do …. ! You should be doing…..! and  what are you doing??

Confusion!  From out of no where came a strong voice that said …”SIT DOWN!!”     Whoa, where did that come from.   It’s good to have a favorite chair on the days where the best thing you can do for yourself is “SIT DOWN”!.    Good cup of coffee/tea or a glass of wine helps too.

Once in the favorite chair, I found new thoughts and clarity.   Business is good!  What is the issue?  I was reminded of the people that I’m surrounded with who are supporting me.  That’s a reason to relax and reach out & read the articles they have published.  Inspiration to help with the chaos of the moment.

Thank you! Marcelle, Karen H., Elisa & Karen R.  The encouraging words you offer up for inspiring change.

I’m also inspired by my 4 year old Grandson, who say’s “Grandma, let’s sit here & play your computer”   He likes to sit with me & play games on my computer.  Our special moment has a way of coming into my thoughts on a day when all seems too much.  Lets just take time to enjoy the moments.

  • Sit down in your favorite chair
  • Take a deep Breath
  • Recall the support group in your world
  • Smile, truth is some days are just too much.
  • Remember all good moments

I have also found encouragement in listening to audio presentation from inspiring people like Brene’ Brown. Wonderful talks on the topics of

  • Courage
  • Vulnerability
  • Shame
  • Empathy
  • Trust

From my Fave Chair to Yours! These Ideas I share to encourage you.  Cheers, Teresa
